These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KrugM Combine. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

KrugM Combine provides tools to:

• select or enter song lyrics and generate personalized versions;
• prepare audio (including user-uploaded tracks);
• create storyboards and assemble short music videos (MP4);
• optionally publish or export content to connected platforms such as TikTok when you explicitly request it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your country and with TikTok and other platform rules when publishing content.

3. User content and rights

• You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transform, and display it solely to provide the Service.
• You represent that you have the rights to lyrics, audio, images, and prompts you upload or generate, and that published videos do not infringe third-party rights.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for illegal, harmful, harassing, or misleading content;
• circumvent technical limits or abuse APIs;
• automate bulk posting without platform authorization or user consent;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.

5. AI-generated output

Lyrics, audio, and video outputs are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, commercial success, or approval by TikTok or any platform. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (including TikTok for Developers, media APIs, and hosting). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and policies.

7. TikTok posting

When you use Content Posting or related features, you authorize us to act on your instructions only. You control captions, privacy settings where available, and whether to publish or save as draft. You agree to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8. Fees

Unless otherwise stated, the web tool is provided without a separate subscription fee. Third-party costs (e.g. external AI tools you use manually) are your responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes

14. Governing law
